Crowne Plaza Resort Guam Tumon, Tumon

My experience at Guam Crown was quite disappointing. While I appreciated that the front desk stored my luggage before check-in, I was frustrated by the early check-in fee and the closed lounge without any compensation. The room upgrade process was also more difficult than it should have been as a diamond member. Overall, it felt like the hotel was cutting corners at the expense of customer satisfaction.

While the hotel has a fantastic beachside location and the rooms are nice with great views, the service leaves much to be desired. Checking in was a hassle, and the dining options could use improvement. Overall, it may not provide the best value for money considering the issues faced during my stay.
